Most Expensive and Worst Training

Most Expensive and Worst Training I ever attended EC-SA Council in Global Knowledge.

Here are the reason:

The cost of training Php 75,000 ,5 days training, Start at 9 am. Food not so good, they just order it to KFC and Jolibee.

First day of class: Equipment not properly setup, no INTERNET connection, too many obstruction in the room, can hear voices from other room , glass room and near the lobby area .

Aircon Sharing with other training room.

GLass Room too many obstruction

Tuesday: Troubleshooting our internet connection - still not prepared. The PC that were using have CDrom drive ,but the training materials is in DVD format ..GUSH!
Installing too slow.

Troubleshooting the Internet

Wednesday: Lots of Lab exercises - no working sample. Instructor not prepared for exercise. No Working Good example.

Thursday: Instructor late: He came exactly 11:06 am, as usual still not prepared.

Friday: Thanks God its Friday.. last day of training.. Late na naman ang Instructor 10:00 am na wala pa rin. tagal na naming nag hihintay dito.

4 Big EC-Council Technical Books will not finished on time

Testing Room - not garbage room !

pambihira naman. talagang maingay yan kasi yung a/c nakashare sa kabilang room. dyan dadaan yung noise.

walang wenta yang training center na yan dapat dyan boycott na lang.

EC-Council should know about this. The training center destroys the reputation of this body. Necessary and immediate actions should be done!!!

Hi Byte!

Thank you for your comments. We were surprised that you had these comments all along and never brought it up with the management of GlobalKnowledge during your stay in the training room.

Let me attend to your concern piece by piece:

1st, Re the Food. Food is not included in your pay for the tuition fee. We serve food for student's convenience so they need not go out. However, if you have food preference, out of good service, we could have ordered from another restaurant/fastfood. Jollibee and KFC - we may call their attention if you feel they serve not so good food.

2nd, re Venue. I think you have been made aware, together with other students that we just transferred from our Tektite office to the Shaw Mandaluyong Office. We apologize that you are seeing some files in the testing room as we are in our smooth transition. Fact is you are the second class that was conducted in the center. Your class could have been scheduled in our Tektite office but because of the erratic electrical and elevator condition in Tektite (which all tenants are experiencing), we deemed it more convenient to hold your class in the new office.

All our other students understood this and bear with us during this transition time. We apologize that your personal experience and view was an isolated case.

Re Trainer, being late. This we have called the attention of the trainer. We will tackle this separately with him.

Re the split aircon being shared by 2 rooms. The aircon is 2.5HP which would be too much for a small room. Also, I hope you noticed that the room is a 1 big room that were splitted to 2 rooms. This is constructed in anticipation for some big seminars that we are conducting from time to time. Training centers do not earn a lot. We have to maximize our resources and minimize on expenses (similar to our personal money management).

Re the 4books to be covered in 4days. Well, I hope you appreciate that EC-Council provided you with 4thick books for your training materials. They are very comprehensive books that would really make your money's worth. Even if you enroll elsewhere, in other countries, or in EC-Council Malaysia directly, same number of days and methodology would be implemented. This is Internationally-done thus, we have to follow.

...to be continued

Hi again Byte!

...continuation

Re the Testing Room
The testing room was full of stocks because, again, we are still in the process of transferring stuffs from our other office. But don't worry, it would definitely be cleared soon. At the same time, if you worry about a testing room, please be advised that you can take the exam in any other room or even in other testing centers.

Re Your Payment
I hope you are aware that your company paid an amount that is much lower than our public rate. The published rate of the new version is at P75k. You only paid P45k or so in consideration for your company's request to adopt our old pricing of the lower version. Note that you paid an old price for the new and latest version of training. That amount that you paid is only almost breakeven to cover for your materials (imported from ECC), for your exam voucher (worth USD250), trainer fee, facilities, etc.

I also hope that you would appreciate that in the Philippines, only GlobalKnowledge offers this training. This saves you airfare / hotel accomodation + roughly pay PHP121K in course fee if you are to take it abroad. You may want to solicit and canvass around.

In the many years that we have been delivering courses to thousands of clients, we have developed some confidence in our offerings due to the wonderful testimonies of even the most critical clients. We had developed loyal clients eversince and the number of our clientele is growing despite the downfall of other training centers.

We apologize that your case is isolated.

You are entitled, same privilege with our other students, to sit in again for free on our next class of ECSA/LPT. All we have to do, sir, is to advise us of your intention and we will schedule you to our next class.

Again, for whatever inconvenience that we have caused you, sir, we apologize.

P.S. Please directly inform us first of any "comment" before going public. This way, we would have the two sides of the coin at the same time, for any disputes / inconvenience, we still believe in amicable settlement.

Thanks and we look forward to settle things with you in private.

Yours truly,

The Management
